Every time I try to open access 2000 I get an error message saying that I
need internet explorer ver 3.0 or higher to use the program. Then it boots
me out of access and I'm never able to get in. I recently unistalled
internet explorer on my PC becasue of a virus and when I tried to reinstall
internet explorer ver 6.0 from a floppy disk it says that a newer version is
already installed on my PC. Any how I went to the computers registry in the
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\9.0\Common\Internet and created a
DWORD Value file named "ForceShellExecute" and modified the value from 0 to
1. This was to force access to use the netscape browser instead But it
Didn't Work. Can someone please tell me what I have to do so I can get into
access 2000?

I would suggest asking in an Internet Explorer newsgroup how to fix your IE
installation.
