Cannot move Contacts list

When I had Outlook, I could move my contacts list to be viewable on the left
hand side below my folders. How do I move the Contacts icon from Microsoft
Mail toolbar to be where it was in Outllook?
 
Sorry, that can't be done in Windows Mail.

Incidentally, I think you mean Outlook Express rather than Outlook. Those
are two different programs.
