Cannot map network drive

I cannot map a network drive from one of my home computers to the
other. Other computers in the house (2 pcs and laptop) are mapped and
file sharing/access works fine. I can ping the pc I am trying to map
to. That computer has full access to this one. In the past I had
mapped this pc and it worked fine. I am not aware of any changes on
either pc that caused the connection to fail.

When I try to map I get the error: 'Login failure: the user has not
been granted the requested logon type at this computer.' There is no
password for the system. I've checked all the obvious, e.g. workgroup
name, file sharing etc.
