Cannot login interactivel

I have a w2k server which is a member server that was offsite for backup
purposes. I have it onsite and when trying to login with the local admin
account I get the following message;

"The local policy of the system does not permit you to login interactively."

The memeber server has been off the network for over a month, so I believe
the trust is no longer there.

How can I get into the system using the local admin account?

You'll need to use a valid local account that has administrative rights.
