Cannot Log on to Win 2000

Home networking, 2 computers. (1) XP and (1) Win 2000 Pro
I can see it in the neighborhood, I can Ping it but I can
not open ant shared folders or printers on it.
Any ideas ??????
 
Make sure all computers are in the same workgroup and that all useraccounts
exist on all computers. Got File- and printersharing loaded?
