Cannot log on please help

I can switch on my laptop and everything is ok until when i log on (Or try
to) a message comes up and says:

cannot log on because of windows cannot create a temporary profile directory
may be caused by insufficient security rights

DETAIL- Insufficient system resources exist to complete the task

Please can someone help me

Probably someone can help, but they're much more likely to be reading
one of the newsgroups for the operating system (WindowsXP Pro? XP
Home? 98? you don't say) you're using. This newsgroup is for the
database program Microsoft Access.
