cannot log into windows mail

i keep getting this message..

on the other computer my husbands email works just fine.. help

I cannot send or receive mail. I get the same message as others. This has
been an entire afternoon thing. COX! GET WITH IT!

It's a Cox mail server problem.
Your husband's mailbox may reside on a different server that is not having
that problem. Use webmail access for now.

Have you called Cox and complained to them?

Try putting in your full email address instead of user name
