cannot log into windows mail

i keep getting this message..

Account: 'pop.east.cox.net', Server: 'pop.east.cox.net', Protocol: POP3,
Server Response: '-ERR mail storage services unavailable, wait a few minutes
and try again.', Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 0x800CCC90, Error
Number: 0x800CCC92

on the other computer my husbands email works just fine.. help

I cannot send or receive mail. I get the same message as others. This has
been an entire afternoon thing. COX! GET WITH IT!

It's a Cox mail server problem.
Your husband's mailbox may reside on a different server that is not having
that problem. Use webmail access for now.
