Cannot locate Security Center in control panel

Why is it that I can't see the security center in the control panel? I have
SP2 installed, firewall is on, automatic updates are on, but can't access the
center?

Can anyone help me? I've tried to reinstall SP2 but can't do that either.

1. Go to Start > Run and type: SERVICES.MSC , and hit enter.
2. Scroll down to SECURITY CENTER.
3. Right-click on this service and select Properites.
4. Set the Startup type to Automatic.
5. Afterward, Start the service.

Hi, thanks for the reply, but I don't see the SECURITY CENTER in that list.
The closest thing is the SECURITY ACCOUNTS MANAGER and I know that's not it.
So why would I not see it? I'm sure I must have SP2 installed if I have
firewall working and automatic update, etc. Each time I try to find and
install SP2, the windows update page can't see to locate it, as if I have it
installed already. Is there a manual way to re-install it?

Thanks

I'm not sure you *do* have SP2 installed, or perhaps you have a failed
or partial install. Go to the System applet in Control Panel and look
on the General tab. What does the operating system description say
about your Service Pack level?
