Each time I try to load XP on my new pc, during the file
load section, I get messages saying it could not load
certain files. Each time I try, it stops on different
files. I suspect a RAM issue?? I have tried different XP
CD's and different hard drives. I have a brand new Abit
IC7-g motherboard, new 9600 all in wonder video, and am
running SCSI 320 though an adaptec card for my drives. The
memory is matched Mushkin. Any thoughts????

Is your bios set to boot from SCSI ?? the reason I ask if
for over a year I have had issues from a SCSI raid card I
have, it always booted ok, but I was always getting disk
errors I learned to live with it. Since the SCSI has it's
own BIOS I thought it made no difference on the board
BIOS. Well the board BIOS has a SCSI setting, Guess what
the errors have disappeared after I set it correctly.
