The services Plug and Play and/or Remote Access Conection Manager are
disabled, you will need to enable them to the the connection working
You will need to be logged on as an Administrator
Start > Run
type services.msc and click OK
Look for services Plug and Play and Remote Access Conection Manager
to enable them
double click or right click and select Properties on Plug and Play
set startup type to Automatic and click the start button to start the
service, if start button is greyed the service is either disabled or already
running
then do the same for Remote Access Conection Manager
