HELP! I cannot get browser to work

We have recently installed Windows 98SE and BTBROADBAND
and since then we cannot get onto the internet. We are
sending and receiving information so the internet is
working but when i click on Internet Explorer(6) It
brings up the 'REFRESH' page. Does anyone know what i can
do? BTBroadband told me over the phone that it was
something called 'WINSOCK' but he was not sure.

If these steps do not resolve your problem, please post back to this thread
