Cannot install update (ER1402)

Hello everyone,

I wanted to update Office Outlook 2003 (Dutch Version), but I recieve an
error all the time. It always says "can't install (but in Dutch)". After
trying with Microsoft Update, Office Update, and the full download file. It
still doesn't work.

With the full update version, the following error comes on screen:

"Error 1402: Setup can't open the reg key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Classes\vcsfile\DefaultIcon. Check if your having
full permissions to the register. ...

But I have full permision, and the regkey is available...

So does someone know how to fix this?

But I have Windows XP with Service Pack 2 installed. And regscan doesn't
work. And the menu extra in System info aren't visible.

Is there a WinXP sp2 guide?
