Cannot Install BCM

I cannot install BCM. I am running XP Pro and Office Professional 2003.

I have previsouly installed BCM, which worked fine until installing a number
of other programs which caused caused some conflict, and then BCM no longer
worked.

I have uninstalled BCM and reinstalled it numerous times but to no avail.
Now when I install BCM it does not even appear in the contacts section of
Outlook.

There is an .exe file to enable BCM in the relevant folder which when I ran
says that BCM is enabled... but of course I does not load when you open
outlook!

This is most odd and illogical. I would be grateful for some assistance.
