Cannot get to Internet

I am having a problem where I cannot connect to the
internet. When I try, I see that something is tring to
re-direct me to www.ads234.com, but even with that, I
keep getting a "Page Cannot Be Displayed" message, even
if I type in a valid URL. I cannot get mail either. All
my setting seem tob e correct, and the computer that I am
having problems with can see other computer on my home
network.
I am at my wits end, I cannot get this to connect, no
matter what I do.
