cannot get photos from Camera

Keep getting the error report when I hook up my
Kodakdc215 to port 1.I have had this camera for several
years and now all of a sudden it dosent read it???Need
help!!!
 
Check in your BIOS to see if your port (USB or Serial) your using might be
disables and you should enable it to make your camera work
