Cannot get IE to load

[BOOT]

I use Windows XP and have a separate logon for all four
members of my family. For some reason, when I log in as
anyone but me Internet Explorer loads correctly when I
click the icon. When I log on as myself, I click the "E"
icon and nothing happens.

Could someone e-mail me if they have an idea:

I have tried Microsoft Support, Dell Support, etc.

I have a co-worker who is having the exact same problem
with two of their logins of five. They are also using
Windows XP Home and IE 6. All Windows Updates have been
completed. Anyone with a solution, please email me at
