Cannot ftp from Coffeecup Visualsite Builder to website server

Could not send (ftp) a page from the site builder to my website(server).
Dialog box says 'cannot login to server'. Downloaded an update from
Coffeecup supposed to fix the prolem they said was associated with a Win
security update relative to SP2. Did not work. Disengaged firewall, and even
checked exceptions box in security. Did not fix problem. Coffeecup techs are
at a loss. Also, the preview feature that shows what my page will look like
in Internet Explorer will not display as before. I get a page saying
'programs you are trying to see uses javascript, which is Greek to me. I've
spent several months developing these site pages and now cannot use them. I
am furious at MSN for this update that has screwed up my programs, to say the
least. Help appreciated. Haru

Perhaps the troubleshooting information in this article may help:

You may not be able to open a project when you try to connect to a remote Windows XP
Service Pack 2-based computer by using the AutoCAD FTP service

Here's how to correct the problem after opening Port 21 via the
SP2 firewall Exceptions tab:

1. Open Internet Explorer >Tools > Internet Options > Advanced tab

2. Uncheck the box: "Use passive FTP (for firewall & DSL modem capability)
