Cannot Find Server

Whilst trying to browse a page on a slow site or during a period of poor
connectivity, there is the usual page:-

" The page cannot be displayed
The page you are looking for is currently unavailable...." etc.

together with "Cannot find Server" displayed on the Title Bar.

However if the page is refreshed and achieves a successful connection
although the page itself is displayed correctly, the Title Bar continues to
display "Cannot find Server" instead of the correct title. Is this a bug or
can I change this behaviour?

This is a known bug.
