Okay. I have been trying to access my bank which is an https site. I was
able to do this before my wireless network (which I am the "administrator")
was set up. I have pinged the website and new viewed and everything is
connected. When I contacted the bank they sent me something about URL to ISM
and the IIS program. I am thoroughly lost at this point and just want to
know what I need to do to get my computer to talk to the bank so I can pay my
bills and get my statement. Thanks.

Heather,

Can you access the bank website from a wired computer (you absolutely should
whenever possible)?

Check your MTU settings.

Assuming you can reach other non-https sites, try re-registering the
following .dll's at the command prompt. If you have SP2, you can do it
all in one go:

Start>Run cmd [enter]
iexplore.exe /rereg [enter]

Otherwise, do the reregistering separately:

Start>Run:
regsvr32 mshtml.dll [enter]

Click OK when you get the message that DLLRegisterServer in FileName
succeeded and type "exit" to quit cmd.

Repeat the same with:

regsvr32 mshtmled.dll
regsvr32 urlmon.dll
regsvr32 softpub.dll
regsvr32 wintrust.dll
regsvr32 initpki.dll
regsvr32 dssenh.dll
regsvr32 rsaenh.dll
regsvr32 gpkcsp.dll
regsvr32 sccbase.dll
regsvr32 slbcsp.dll
regsvr32 cryptdlg.dll

HTH,

Thank you I will try this. My computer is the "server" and it is hard wired
to the router. I will check the MTU settings.
