Cannot find rundll32.exe Make sure correct file

Trying to open Add and Delete programs or files I continue to get this message. It seems to have come up after I got rid of a virus. Now, McAffee keeps telling me I have a virus, but can't use it's program because the rundll32.exe keeps coming up
 
Go the the Ms Knowledge Base, type in; rundll32.exe . There are a lot of possible causes
