Cannot find original Windows XP CD

My hard drive crashed. Bought new larger drive and need to re-install Windows
XP. However, cannot find original Windows XP CD shipped with my Dell
computer. What do I need to do if I cannot find the CD?

Contact Dell for a replacement CD.
