Cannot find D:\winnt\system32\kernels32.exe or one of its components

After clicking OK everything seems to works normal.
What does this mean?

This probably means that you suffered a spyware infection,
because kernels32.exe is not a Windows program - it's
kernel32.exe. Check your startup tasks with msconfig.exe
and untick tasks progressively until you isolate the program
that's causing the problem. You can get msconfig.exe from
here: http://www.svrops.com/svrops/dwnldoth.htm

Thanks, Pegasus.
Indeed msconfig shows kernels32 ticked in the startup. I un-ticked it - the
problem is still there.
There are others ticked there:

REGSHAVE
realshed
mobsync
internat

Acrobat Assistant
Adobe Gamma Loader
Microsoft Office

Which one looks suspitious?
Also what the last three are doing there? I indeed have Acrobat and MS
Office installed but why are they in StartUp? THey do not start
automatically on my computer

You can untick the lot, then bring them back in again one at a time.
