Cannot establish a connection; driving me crazy

I've seen this error in this NG.
Nowhere I found a solution for error: Error: Cannot establish a connection.
Be sure the device is physically connected to the development computer.
I have deployed succesfully an image, but I never could use emulation.
Windows tells about it found a new driver, but after that, it fails.

And i have red

I have Visual STudio 2003 with smart device extensions intalled..
A Pocket PC 2003 IPAQ rx3715, with in an updated image from 1.01.10 ENG rom

as I said, deployment is no problem which uses a TCP connection, but
debugging not...

Nevertheless it is possible that the debugging session will not start even
if deployment succeeded. - because of the local network configuration.

Sometimes hard-resetting the device helps

Be sure I'm experienced with such solutions :)

It is fixed now! By removing the 'virtual server PC switch' driver from the
network panel it works now.
What that device was doing there, I don't know, but it seems not to be a
necesarry device to deploy and to debug my solution.
