I have win 2000 pro installed. I am using a usb cordless mouse and
keyboard. They are not working now on this computer. They do work on other
computers so theya re not the problem. I cannot put in my password so I can
get into my computer to find out what settings must have changed. I have
tried to put a ps2 mouse and ps2 keyboard so I could enter the
passoword...they don't work.

I don't know what to do now.

Can someone help?

.

Janice,
Go into the BIOS (press F2 or DEL when booting up,
depending on your computer), and see if you have an option
for "Legacy USB". I believe this needs to be enabled for
the USB keyboard and mouse to work.

Do not have Legacy Usb ...only usb keyboard support AND USB MOUSE SUPPORT
THAT ARE disabled. Is this what u mean?
