cannot email

I am unable to send email. I get this error message:

The Host 'mchsi' could not be found. Please verify that you have entered the
server name correctly.

Subject 'windows mail', Account: 'POP3', Server: 'mchsi', Protocol: SMTP,
Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 111, Error Number: 0x800CCC0D

I just want to send picture to friends. Can you help me?
 
"mchsi" is not a valid mail server name. You get the correct server name and
settings from your mail provider. If that is MCHSI, their help page is down at the
moment, try http://help.mchsi.com/ later. The incoming and outgoing mail servers
are both named mail.mchsi.com.
