Cannot download INI-file

I have a HTML-page created with Front Page where there is a hyperlink to a file called DK.INI. The file on the web site is definitively named DK.INI. Trying to use the link gives me a 404 error

If I change the name of the file to DK.TXT, and of coure the name of the file in the hyperlink likewise, everything works fine

Another user of the web page ran into this problem, and the same thing happens when I do a test

..ini file are Windows initialization file. What are you trying to do with
that file?
It may not be a good idea to use .ini. Not sure but for security reasons it
may not be feasible to download such a file.
