Cannot download email links in Outlook Express?

Have Office 2003. Lately, when I attempt to download a link in an email
message, I get a "yellow" X pop up and the file won't download. Never had
this problem before, and it's really annoying.

Your subject says "Outlook Express", yet your message says "Office 2003".
The one doesn't have anything to do with the other. FOr Outlook Express
problems, ask in an Outlook Express newsgroup.
