cannot dowload file from website

try to download a monthly "money" file from ccard website.
get the following error message from ie 6
"Internet Explorer cannot download...download.jhtml?
downFile=msqif from www.website.com
Internet Explorer was not able to open this Internet Site.
The requested site is either unavailable or cannot be
found. Please try again later."

I researched solution given Select "Problems" on this page.

The file extension .jhtml does not look correct to me.
Is the reference "website.com" correct or is it something else.

Check for parasites.
