cannot display page for a forum

I'm trying to access a forum (ECDL) which I have been able
to in the past. All my passwords are correct it's just
when I click on the actual link it won't display the page
and says syntax error. Could something have changed on my
browser settings that is stopping me accessing this
forum? I can't understand it. Please can anyone help.

Fix if This problem occurs after you apply the 832894 security update
(MS04-004) or the 821814 hotfix.

password) to a Web server retry the POST request with a blank header if the
Web server closes (or resets) the initial connection request.
