Cannot display .GIF files.

I believe I cannot view .GIF files with IE 6.0. I've
downloaded the service pack 1, and still nothing. I also
can not log onto my passport from the website www.zone.com.
I've downloaded other web browsers to test them out, and
they worked fine.

If you have any idea's, I would be very greatful. Thanks.
