cannot delete removable disk

I was going into the display settings from the desktop to configure the
nvidia display card, then i got a msg saying ....insert disk into drive F

It took a lot of clicking to go away.

Then I went to explorer and see 4 removable drives there. I cannot delete
them.

There were no removable drives on this PC. ???

Are there card reader slots on the printer or elsewhere? These will show as
removable drives.

yes there is a card reader built in to this pc. But there are four of the
removeable drives in explorer.

Take a look and you will probably see four "slots" on the card reader.
