CANNOT DELETE FOLDER

i am unable to delete an folder on my desktop, on delete windows say "cannot
delete media library: Access is denied. make sure the disk is not fully or
wirte protected and that the file is not currently"
Error message is not ture. i am administrator and no security options
configured for this folder, also folder is not on use!

please help me to solve this base but main problem.

First run Check Disk on your computer and configure it to correct errors
automatically. Then configure the folder's security so that you have full
control to the folder and it you can't you will have to take ownership first
and then give yourself full control permissions. Then try to delete and if
you still can't try booting into Safe Mode and deleting it. If you still can
not from using Explorer try to delete it from the command line with the del
