Cannot Delete Folder

Unable to delete folder. Error message as follows:
Cannot delete [filename]. The directory is not empty.

However, directory IS empty. Have tried doing in DOS mode
and with Windows Explorer. Help???

Did you try opening a command line, and running "attrib
\root\dir\* -r -h -s", followed by "rd /s \root\dir" where \root\dir is the
path to the directory"
