Cannot delete Emails

I cannot delete emails from my In Box in Outlook Express 6. I have tried
compacting my folders, deleted In Box.dbx and Deleted Items.dbx but the
result is still the same.
Any ideas??

If you have a question concerning Outlook Express, then you better ask
in one of the many Outlook Express groups; this here is not one. Try

Also, you write "cannot delete"; what happens if you try?
