Cannot delete a file in OEv6 Drafts folder

By mistake I've saved a draft email with a 70MB file attached, in my draft
folder in OEv6 SP1. Trying to access it to delete the file, or trying to
delete the Drafts folder, both fail with OE not responding and needing to be
closed in Task Manager.

I've successfully worked through the following from
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/IE/community/columns/oerepair.mspx
* Reboot
* Delete all temporary internet files incl offline files
* Compact all files
* Reregister OE
* Reregister libraries
* Reboot again

Still no joy, trying to access either the Drafts folder or the email with
the large file within that folder both fail and OE goes immediately to Not
Responding.

Can anyone tell me how to delete the rogue file? Appreciated!
