cannot delet file SO50EUW1

Can anyone help me I have a file in my docs folder called SO50EUW1
and every time i try to delete it it will not allow it. This file is empty
any ideas

Try to delete it in safe mode and see if that will help removing it.
If not then try to take the ownership of that folder, on how to take the
