Cannot Customize Outlook Today

I am using Outlook 2000 from the MS Office Professional
package. I do not have connectivity to a MS Exchange
server so I use Outlook in off line mode. For some
reason I cannot customize outlook Today. When I click on
Customize Outlook Today, nothing happens. I have tried
to reload Outlook but the trouble remains the same. Any
suggestions as to what I amy be missing??

Thanks!

Thanks for the help. I did research MS FAQ and didn't
find it but the Google search did the trick. Thanks!
