Customizing Outlook today

We're running exchange 2000 in a citrix environment. We
are unable (suddenly?) to customize outlook today. Click
on the customize bar, and nothing happens? Anyone
experienced this before? What are we missing?

I had the same problem - apparently a security update has disabled this
feature.

You can temporarily enable it by editing a key in the registry, do your
customization, then disable it again. I can't remember the key to edit but
if you search the Microsoft knowledge base there are instructions on what to
do.
