Cannot Customize any Office Beta Program

If I click on Customize Outlook exits and brings up the send error report.
At first the error referred to mapi32.dll. I uninstalled and reinstalled and
now the error refers to ntdll.
Any ideas would be appreciated.
 
Hi,

Can you check if you get the same error when you open Outlook through
Start> Run> outlook /safe

If i try start run outlook safe the customize button is greyed out. Unable to
choose it.
 
Hi,

Try renaming the files extend.dat, views.dat and outcmd.dat
Restart the machine and try again.
