Cannot Create the Quick Launch Toolbar

For some reason I am unable to create the Quick launch
toolbar on my taskbar. I'm running WinXP Pro and have
discovered that the location where the "Show Desktop"
shortcut and whatnot should be is non-existant! How could
this have happened? E-mail me if you have a possible

To correct the option, download the Repair Tool and check under the Quick
Lauch Area:

Repair/Customize Quick Launch, Taskbar and Notification Area
