Windows Key + D hides my quick launch toolbar.

I have my quick launch toolbar docked on the right side of my screen,
seperate from my taskbar, which is on the bottom. Whenever I do the WinKey
+ D, I get my desktop, but my quick launch also dissapears. How do I make
it appear always? Thanks.

Right click within the docked Quick Launch area. On the menu that appears,
click to place a check next to "always on top."

That was checked already. Any other thoughts?

It seems a bug, it happens also with a custom bar I keep on the right side
of the screen ("always on top" is checked).
