Cannot Create, Forward, Reply

For some reason the NEW icon is dimmed on OUtlook 2003. The same for reply,
reply to all and forward. I use Outlok on IMAP for my email and before it
used to say 'Loggin Enabled' and worked fine.
MS KDB said to go into tools->options to switch logging on but even that is
dimmed out. I have run detect and repair as well as unistalled and
reinstalled Office. Does anyone know what I am doing wrong. Please help.

Sounds like you haven't activated your version of Office yet; Help->
Activate Product...
Can yo create new files in other Office applications?
