Cannot copy to clipboard.

On computer_A, user_1 can copy to the clipboard (Ctrl-C, right-click) and
user _2 cannot do that. All users have the same rights (given by AD).
On computer_B neither users (user_1 and user_2) cannot copy to the clipboard.
On computer_C both users can.
All computers uses Windows XP Pro SP2.
On all computers, all users are members of the local user group Users.

Can anyone help me debug that?
