cannot copy contacts from email message

On some email messages I am unable to double click the sender's name after
the "From:" line. Nor can I right click and select "Add to Outlook Contacts"
As it only displays the sender's first and last name I do not know what their
email address is, and if I hit reply it fills in the "To:" box with their
name but not a valid email address. How is it possible for me to retrieve the
sender's email address from the header info?

Right click on sender's name, select Outlook Properties, & the email address
will appear. The Sender controls the From line, but it is actually an email
address so you should be able to Add to contacts with a right click on the
name. Have you actually tried it?
