Cannot connect to Windows 2003 member server using TS

I have a win2k server on all our pdcs and other member
servers, but recently installed windows 2003 on 3 members
servers. I currently use terminal services just for
remote admin on all our servers, but the other day I
received this message below:

The terminal server licensing grace period has expired and
the service has not registered with a license server with
installed licenses. A terminal server license server is
required for continuous operation. A terminal server can
operate without a license server for 120 days after
initial start up.

As we have now have windows 2003 servers on the network,
will I need to install Terminal Server Licensing just to
be able to connect to the 3 servers for remote admin?

Did you actually install Terminal Services on these 2003 servers?
If so, that's the problem.

Quite a bit has changed from W2K to 2003. Installing Terminal
Services on a 2003 server implies Application mode, which means
that you need licensing as well.

Since you only want remote administration, uninstall TS
completely. Then enable Remote Desktop for Administration, in
System - Remote, just like you would on an XP client.
