Cannot Connect To Internet For Updates

I've been using the Anti-Spy beta for a few weeks without
problem until aprox April 1 ... when my updates stopped.
When I manually try to update the definitions I get a message:

WARNING! Cannot connect to the internet!

This is wrong, since I have DSL and am always on the
internet. IE browser settings for LAN connections is set
to Automatically Connect.

Any ideas?

Do you have sys admin privileges ?

Yes. I have admin priveleges.

I also have fixed the problem ... identical on 3 different
machines at 2 locations. I Uninstalled the software, then
reinstalled it. After the reinstall, updates work as they
should.

I know this doesn't tell us what went wrong. But it worked.
