Cannot connect more than 1 remote user per remote site

Hi,
Users are able to connect remotely to my server using RDP without problems.
The only issue is that when there are more than 1 users at the same remote
site, connected to the internet through a router (i've tried several brands:
linksys, dlink, netopia) the second user either is not able to establish a
connection or kicks-out the first user. It's like if they were competing for
the public IP address....
This is kind of a NAT-related issue or maybe a server one.
Thanks for your help.

Are they logging on witht he same credentials? By default (in 2003) each
user account is limited to a single session (which can be changed in
tscc.msc). If users were using the same username & password as another user,
what you're describing would happen.

What happens when you try to logon the same users from computers on the local
(to the TS) network?

Patrick,
Users that log in the LAN have not problem at all. Usually there are 10-15
local users. About 5-10 remote users in 3 different sites.
Tks,

This is normally an issue with the NAT features with your router. Basically
it is handling a NAT request from the remote office's public ip.

Long story short, either look into a firewall that supports PAT, or a
Hardware VPN solution between your sites.

I had a customer that wanted to publish TS to the net. I racked my brains
out trying to get this done. My options were to get a block of IP addresses
from my ISP and buy a Expensive router. The other option was to buy three
inexpensive router (We chose Watchguard Soho's http://www.watchguard.com )
build a site to site VPN. This increased security and open a lot more
options.
