cannot connect by using remote desktop

Ann

I just installed a new windows Xp computer for me.

My old computer can connect to our windows server 2003 by
using remote desktop.
But now on my new computer when I click remote desktop,
it tried to browse the network, then it gives message:

The WORKGROUP domain/workgroup doesnot contain any
terminal servers.

I wonder what happened, I didn't change the workgroup
name. And on the server we didn't change any settings.
Another computer can still use remote desk top.
Do I need to restart the windows server to let it know
there is a new computer added to the workgroup?

Thanks

Can you specify the TS server by name or IP address and have it work?

Is the workgroup name set to the domain name, or, in the absence of a
domain, is the workgroup name the same on the Windows 2003 server and the
new XP machine?

(and even if this is wrong, IP address or name should work, as Lanwench
mentions.)
