Cannot complete CD Wizard Writing Process

Hello.

Just recently when I am trying to burn my photos onto a blank CD, it says at
the very end, after it appears to be loading the photos for over a few
minutes, that the Wizard cannot complete the CD Writing Process. It is very
frustrating as it appears that it is all going well till the very end.

Can anyone offer any help please. Do I need to replace my Cd burner?

Try using a cleaning CD/DVD. Your laser might just be dirty.

Try burning from some other piece of software, like NERO.

Try a different brand of blank CD.

Thank you very much. I'll give it a go. Yet, I am now having trouble
getting the CD out of the drive. I have to use a paper clip to manually open
the door because it doesn't respond to the button being pushed. Does this
indicate anything else besides a dirty laser? I also don't know what NERO
is. : )

Gloria,

Google DeepBurner and use it to burn files to either CDs or DVDs.
Just get the free version...

Is it a lot better than the Windows version?
