Cannot close IE 6

Hi all. I have no idea how to fix this--but I cannot
close IE 6 by clicking on the 'x', going to 'file' then
to 'close', or by right clicking on the program bar on
bottom of screen and clicking on 'close'. Help-why is it
doing this and what do I do to fix it?

The first thing to do is to scan your system for the possibility of
unknown\unwanted spyware or parasites that may be causing your problem(s).
